Order processing
Orders are processed and prepared as quickly as possible after payment has been confirmed.
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days before they are handed to the carrier.
During busy periods, product launches or seasonal peaks, processing may take slightly longer.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping times
Delivery times can vary based on your location, carrier workload and seasonal demand.
Most orders are delivered within 5 to 9 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed, as delays can sometimes occur outside of our control.
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Tracking your order
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
Tracking information can sometimes take 24 to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
If you cannot find your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder first.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, contact us and we will help look into it.
Shipping costs
We currently offer free tracked shipping on all orders, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Any available shipping options and costs will always be shown before you complete your order.
Free shipping applies to standard tracked delivery.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping details.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information may not be eligible for free reshipment.
Delivery issues
If your order appears delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or the tracking information looks incorrect, please contact us with your order number.
We will help review the tracking information and, where needed, assist with the next steps.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
Always keep your order confirmation and tracking details until your order has been delivered successfully.
