Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at service@hoffman-watches.com.

Please include your order number, full name and the reason for your return request if you wish to provide one. Providing a reason is not required to exercise your legal right of withdrawal.

After notifying us of your return request, you must return the item within 14 days.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and complete with all included accessories, tags, manuals and protective materials.

The item should be returned in its original packaging where possible.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store, but the product must not show signs of use, damage or wear beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

We may refuse a return or apply a partial refund if the item has lost value due to use, damage or handling beyond normal inspection.

Please include your order number, full name and the item you would like to return.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide the next steps and return instructions.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us first, so we can make sure your return is handled correctly.

Return shipping costs

Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping your proof of shipment until your return has been received and processed.

Hoffman is not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during return shipment when the customer chooses the return carrier.

If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us before returning it so we can review the issue and advise you on the next steps.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at service@hoffman-watches.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue, including photos of the product, packaging and shipping label where relevant.

If the issue is approved, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, repair, refund or store credit, depending on the situation.

For damaged, faulty or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

We may wait to process the refund until we have received the returned item or until you have provided proof that the item has been sent back.

Original standard shipping costs may be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. Additional costs for express or premium shipping methods are not refunded unless required by law.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your original order and placing a new order once your return has been approved.

This helps ensure that the item you want is still available and that your refund is handled correctly.

Availability of replacement items cannot be guaranteed.
